Content License & Terms of Use


Effective Date: April 1, 2026 

By registering for this event, accessing the recorded webinar, or downloading the associated materials (collectively, the "Content"), you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, you may not use or distribute the Content.


1. Grant of License

Rewiring America grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content for personal, educational, or internal organizational purposes.

2. Permitted Uses

  • Viewing: Streaming the recording for individual or group viewing within your organization. 

  • Internal Education: Using insights from the Content to inform your own electrification projects or policy advocacy. 

  • Attribution: Sharing short excerpts or quotes, provided that full credit is given to Rewiring America and a link is provided to rewiringamerica.org.

3. Prohibited Uses

Unless you receive express written identity from Rewiring America, you may not

  • Commercialize: Sell, rent, or lease the Content or charge admission for others to view it. 

  • Modify: Edit, remix, or create derivative works of the video or slide decks (e.g., removing the Rewiring America logo). 

  • Public Re-hosting: Upload the full recording to public video platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) or social media accounts.

4. Intellectual Property 

Rewiring America retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Content, including all copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary methodologies discussed therein.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The Content is provided "as-is" for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, Rewiring America makes no warranties regarding the completeness or fitness of the information

for specific legal, financial, or engineering applications. Your reliance on the information is at your own risk. 

6. Termination

Rewiring America reserves the right to terminate this license and request the deletion of any downloaded Content if these terms are violated.
